This policy describes how Amino One Peptides handles information through amino-one.us. Use our contact form for privacy questions or requests about your information. Avoid sending payment credentials or sensitive research information through that form.

Accounts include your name, email address, and a password stored as a one-way hash. Orders record the items, amounts, discounts, contact details, delivery address, optional company information, payment references, status, and tracking information. Inquiries contain the information entered in the contact or wholesale form. Newsletter signup records your email address.

We use these records to provide account access, handle orders and payments, assist with delivery and refunds, answer inquiries, maintain transaction records, and protect the service against misuse. Security and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information, and timestamps.
Service providers and disclosures
Vercel hosts the website, Neon provides database storage, and Paymegate handles hosted payments. Checkout shares your name, email address, order reference, description, currency, and total with Paymegate. Our store records payment status and references; it does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. The payment page and its payment providers have their own privacy notices.
Delivery information may be provided to the carrier handling your shipment. Providers process information needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights. We do not sell customer information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in, and local browser storage remembers your shopping bag. The store does not currently install advertising or audience-analytics trackers. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser; doing so may sign you out and empty your bag. Third-party payment pages may use their own cookies.
Retention and security
Account, order, inquiry, and security records are retained for the purposes described here, including applicable recordkeeping requirements and unresolved disputes.
